Tressa Harlowe’s father has died and its up to her to hold things together until the family’s Rumored Fortune can be found by her or the fortune hunters who want it for themselves.  With her family’s home and massive vineyard at stake she must work with the rugged Donegan Vance, a vineyard manager her father hired before his death, but can she trust him? 

I enjoyed this story equally as much as Politano’s debut novel.  I love the mystery and guessing game that she creates in her books.  Surprisingly I was able to solve one part of the mystery in this book and was quite happy that I did.  While her main characters are fabulous, I was equally impressed with her supporting characters and the depth of personality that she gave them.  Often, I feel like I really get to know the main characters, but the supporting characters are just there with little description.  These supporting characters were as much a part of the intrigue and suspense as Tressa and Donegan.   

This story has mystery, treasure hunts, and more than one surprise!   A definite must for your reading list!  ⭐⭐⭐⭐
